Our vision of total well-being impels Imola to contribute towards special good causes. We have chosen the Giving Back Foundation. This remarkable voluntary organisation supports talented and ambitious school pupils from ethnic minorities whose career prospects are being hindered by their social background. They are assigned a personal mentor and take part in a group programme to develop their knowledge and experience. Giving Back appeals to their own sense of power and responsibility rather than writing them off as "underprivileged" or "hopeless". A refreshing and professional approach that actually works.
