The Imola service is characterised by confidentiality, integrity and discretion. We strongly believe that this is the correct way to work, and all the more so in a niche like financial services – a relatively small world where everybody knows each other.

We apply three strict guidelines in all our dealings with clients and candidates.

• All personal and company details disclosed to Imola are treated in the strictest of confidence and with the greatest of care.
• Imola never forwards details to a client without the candidate's specific permission.
